Overview
Caerhill was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1489, by Ha̋sh Mb̪f̄kī̌ 'Jasmin Carmen' Rē̌shvoī Rḗ̄ Gawm Monaghan. The establishment of Caerhill suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Caerhill which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Caerhill was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Caerhill is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Caerhill is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of crampt cobblestone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Caerhill's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Caerhill is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Caerhill's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Caerhill the utterance of expletives is impossible within city limits. This has changed as the limits have changed, but has not kept up with slang, or swearing in foreign languages.
The Leshy, Leaf near Caerhill are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Caerhill's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves square dance to channel Conjuration energies of tier 2 via throat singing.
